Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Our policy is designed to be straightforward while protecting the quality of our designer-inspired collections.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective:
- Living Room Sets (complete collections)
- Made-to-order or custom pieces
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
Follow these steps for a smooth return experience:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.

Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the same initial steps as the return process
- Specify the item you wish to exchange for in your email
- We’ll provide instructions for returning the original item and purchasing the new item
- Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For international returns, additional customs fees may apply.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- PayPal refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
