Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
Note: Due to the custom nature of our furniture, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective:
  • Living Room Sets (complete collections)
  • Made-to-order or custom pieces
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the item back using a trackable shipping service to:

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  3. We’ll provide instructions for returning the original item and purchasing the new item
  4. Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For international returns, additional customs fees may apply.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • PayPal refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account

Damaged or Defective Items
